U6 Futures Training Program
U6 Futures Training Program
The U6 Futures Training Program is an in-house program with Milwaukee Sport Club players (no league games against other communities). It is designed to teach physical and technical skills through play.
Sessions are designed to promote listening, coordination, decision making, and teamwork.
We advance towards playing and learning the rules of the 4v4 soccer game played at U7-U8.
The program is designed and coached by MSC staff coach Fred Hostetler.
This program is run on Monday nights in the Fall and Spring.
Sessions are 55 minutes and we plan to offer both a 5-6PM and a 6-7PM training time if there is enough interest.
Across the calendar year there are roughly 16 training sessions.
A MSC shirt is included.
Players should have shin guards covered by long socks.
Players need to bring a size 3 soccer ball.
Soccer cleats are helpful but not required.
